Terry R. Sellers, Founder, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President, process over ten years of government/commercial accounting experience. He has worked with public and private sector companies, building consensus, and leading the institutional strengthening of financial reporting. Mr. Sellers is currently a member of the Central Springfield Little League Board of Directors.
Mr. Sellers has managed the process of SEC and financial reporting, to include preparing and filing SEC documents and reports (8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, 14-A, S-3, etc.). He has reviewed and evaluated accounting and financial controls to safeguard the value of data, and to ensure their proper recordation. He is proficient in computing and collecting operation revenue; performing financial analysis; monitoring direct, indirect, and other miscellaneous costs applied to government and commercial contracts.
Mr. Sellers also has experience in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to strengthen the financial and accounting control. He has interacted with corporate attorneys to discuss and finalize consulting agreements, board resolutions, stock issuance, venture capital investments, etc. He has performed three PeopleSoft Financial implementations and significantly modified several Deltek System 1, QuickBooks, and Peachtree accounting systems. Mr. Sellers graduated from Strayer University where he received a Masters in Science degree in Professional Accounting, a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting, and Associates in Arts degree in Computer Information Systems.
